The staff - some of them were not always friendly.

The food was fantastic and I have nothing but great memories from this trip. The property was modern, with accommodating staff and a particularly good location in the hospital area. The team provided great service, and the wifi was free.

The breakfast includes yogurt, fruit, and eggs, the room is well-organized, and the bed is clean and cozy.

The room was poorly equipped with limited space, no drawers, and closets. the customer service was awful, with unhelpful and rude staff who didn't provide the basic items required, couldn't fulfill room service requests, and didn't resolve issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and overcharging at check-out.
